Our very own Brighton is hosting the International Squatters Convergence from 17th-19th May (and probably beyond). With the imminent criminalisation of squatting in England and Wales, squatters are coming from all over Europe to plot and party against the ban, right on doorstep of the Tory MP who pushed the ban through (Mike Weatherly). Cooked up by SNOB(aha)- the Squatters Network of Brighton (and Hove actually), there'll be a veritable smorgasbord of workshops, film screenings, partying and vegan food. Come one come all – see if you can make it through to the Jubilee celebrations..!
