ON A DECOM-MISSION

The trial of the "EDO Decommissioners" (see SchNEWS 721) begins on Monday (7th). On Saturday there will be a Support the Decommissioners Public Meeting at Community Base, Queens Road, Brighton. To mark the start of the trial there will be a vigil outside the court (check web-site for times on the day). This will be followed on Wednesday with an 'If I Had a Hammer' solidarity demo outside EDO/ITT, Home Farm Road, Brighton, 4-6pm.

Smash EDO are calling out for supporters to stage their own solidarity demos outside suitable targets such as Barclays Bank - ITT's market maker (see SchNEWS 701).

There will also be demo on the day of the verdict at undisclosed location. Email smashedo@riseup.net or text the campaign phone for updates. See website for details.
