H&K: A KIRK IN THE TEETH

Nottingham anti-militarist activist Kirk Jackson was found guilty of aggravated trespass at Nottingham Magistrates Court last Thursday for his role in a February action that shut the arms manufacturer down for the day (see SchNEWS 710).

He was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £350 costs.

Five other Shut H&K activists arrested at the protest pleaded guilty and were sentenced in March (see SchNEWS 715)
