STOKE'ING THE FIRES

The EDL’s racist roadshow is moving on to Stoke, with a march planned for Saturday (23rd) with “Stop the Islamisation of Europe”. They plan to meet at the Wetherspoons pub in Hanley town centre in the early afternoon for the usual dose of cheap dutch courage before hitting the streets.

Unite Against Fascism and Love Music Hate Racism will be there to meet them with a unity rally, although, given the likely police presence and tactics, staying mobile and autonomous looks the better option.
